energydesign braunschweig develops integrated energy concepts for buildings. Key aspects of our work are the development of supply strategies, the optimization of buildings in regard to build-up and design of facades, floor plans and sections, as well as a broad quality management during a full life cycle including all aspects of initial analysis, planning and operation. Main focus is a strategic approach to fit real estates with integrated energy concepts. Our benchmark is an optimized building operation fulfilling energetic and economic standards.

Energydesign braunschweig is a spin-off of the Institute of Building Services and Energy Design and is thus involved in the research activities of the Technical University Braunschweig.
